Private operating chief of staff

ceoAgent

See the business clearly. Decide what only you can decide.

Ask the Agent to organize the facts, decisions, and risks you provide into one bounded operating task—without learning prompts or choosing from a catalog of management tools.

  • Project-level stages
  • Evidence before advice
  • Preview rule: human approval for high impact

Recommended way of working

Organize operating tasks with explicit governance

In this internal preview, you can ask the Agent to organize work around facts, decisions, accountable action, and review. The patterns below are recommended ways of working, not claims that unconnected business data or automation already exists.

Diagnose each project separately
Keep route and stage distinct. A mature core business can run 1→10 while a new product stays in 0→1 validation; tasks should preserve separate evidence and gates for each project.
Read the day in one view
Ask the Agent to organize the operating information you provide into a current conclusion, the one result that matters, decisions waiting for the owner, and the largest risk. Metrics that are not connected remain unknown.
Prepare decisions, not more chat
Explicitly require each task to separate facts, inference, assumptions, and unknowns, and to label sources, counterevidence, options, confidence, one accountable human, and a review date.
Turn work into operating memory
Ask the Agent to write decisions, actions, and reviews into project files. Formal approvals and external system write-back depend on workflows actually connected by an administrator.

Actual connected data and executable actions depend on the sources and permissions enabled by your administrator; unknowns stay visible rather than being invented.

Start in five minutes

Begin with one real business problem

No prompt course, long setup form, or management-tool catalog. Give the Agent a small set of business facts and start one bounded task.

  1. 01
    Describe the project
Say what you sell, who buys, what customers actually do, where the owner is still required, the cash constraint, and the next 30-day result.
  2. 02
    Confirm the diagnosis
Review the suggested route, stage, supporting facts, missing evidence, and confidence. Correct it before any plan becomes an operating assumption.
  3. 03
    Launch one governed task
Choose one owner decision, one or two Agent actions, a clear boundary, an acceptance check, and a review date—then let the work start.

The desired first result is not “configuration complete.” It is a real operating task moving forward with evidence, ownership, and a check-back date.

Target outcome: one task in motion
Governed by design

Useful autonomy, with a visible stop line

This is an internal operating rule: route work by impact, reversibility, evidence strength, and approved scope. When the boundary is unclear, stop and hand the judgment to a person rather than relying on the Agent alone.

Operating rule: the Agent may be Responsible; the final Accountable owner must be a named human.

Task history and project files can provide a trace. Formal approvals, external execution, and system write-back still depend on workflows and permissions actually connected by an administrator.

L1 · Observe

Read and summarize

Use the Agent to classify, summarize, and look for anomalies; require source labels only for material that was actually provided.

L2 · Recommend

Prepare the decision

Draft options, counterarguments, and internal material for a person to adopt or reject.

L3 · Internal action

Act within approval

Run reversible internal steps only inside an approved scope, budget, SOP, and audit trail.

L4 · High impact

Stop for a human

External messages, funds, contracts, pricing, people, strategy, and stage changes require explicit approval every time.

Clear expectations

What the workspace does—and does not do

A serious operating assistant should make its evidence, authority, and current connection boundary easy to understand.

Give the Agent one real operating problem

Start with the project facts you already know. Confirm the stage, set the approval boundary, and move one useful task forward today.

Connected data, actions, and collaboration features depend on your organization's enabled configuration and permissions.
